Each sheet is designed to be a quick overview of the animal and can be used with any resource you may have on-hand, find at your library or find online. These sheets are perfect to take on a fieldtrip to the zoo, aquarium, or the local fish farm or hatchery.

•Jr. Detective sheets require less detailed answers and a bit more white space is provided for younger writers. Elementary writing lines are provided to help novice writers.

If you are set on learning about plants, then our Plant Fact Detective sheet may be very useful.  Through exploring their own backyard, our children have come to know God and His glory as they pick sweet berries from bushes, make daisy chains for each other, collect pinecones to make birdfeeders, and read under the shade of an apple tree in the hot summer sun.
