Little Timeline of the Old Testament

Focus:  Timeline and timeline pieces to teach about the very early events of the Old Testament. This timeline offers 28 different events from the Old Testament focusing mostly on the first few books of the Bible.  Originally created as a companion resource to the Old Testament portion of Child's Bible History by F.J. Knecht, the book does not need to be used to appreciate this resource. This timeline is not only very useful for homeschoolers, but it is also perfect for religious education classes, CCD classes or Bible study use.

  • Instructions:  Cut out pieces to construct the timeline and assemble according to the instructions. Cut out the individual timeline pieces. Place the pieces on the timeline in the order that they occur. There will be three pieces to a line. 
  • Bible passages have been provided to help older learners focus on the scripture study itself.  Learners may really enjoy this feature and could work on this resource independently using the Bible and our corresponding notebooking pages.
