Learn about music from the master composers.
Our Lord made each person unique and with specific gifts and talents. Some of can play and love music while others of us are not gifted in music at all short of turning the knob on and off on our stereo. If your child is not great with playing an instrument or even getting the beat of music, they can still enjoy music by listening to others create and play it well. By studying the master composers, children can come to relate to music in a more concrete and even historical sense. Many learners choose to study art history. Why not encourage studying music history as well?
Our notebooking packets for each composer below includes 21 pages to note biographical information about the individual musicians as well as sheets that could be used to highlight individual compositions, life events, and history of the musical period.
