Create A
Keepsake or Document LearningCreate a neat keepsake to showcase your child's creations using our covers and memory page templates.
Glue finished books from above onto the sheets below and date. Print on plain paper and use single sided or print double-sided onto card stock and bind in a 3-ring binder or comb-bind for a great keepsake.

Do A Unit Study Using My Books . . .
Cover a theme or do a unit study using our My Books templates. It's easy, it's creative and it's fun.
1. Download the unit. It is a zipped file and you will need to unzip it.
2. Print out the individual files - books, memory pages and cover -that go with the unit. Instructions are given on the first page of the Unit File. Books should be printed on regular paper. Memory pages are designed to be printed double-sided on cardstock but will work single-sided as well. I use cardstock so that when our little books are attached, pages will be sturdy.
3. Bind memory pages using a comb binder, 3 ring binder, duo tang, or other binding of choice.
4. Have children create books through writing and/or drawing as they learn from resources from your own home, the local library, the internet, text books, videos, etc. about the chosen topic.
5. Affix mini-books to the keepsake pages in their proper place. There is a designated spot for each book. In some units you are free to rearrange the order of the keepsake pages to meet your family's needs.

Each book has 8 pages including a title and end page. Print out, fill in, cut apart and staple together. Glue onto our keepsake pages below to create a library of your child's work or document their learning. In a true Charlotte Mason spirit, these little books are perfect for narration. We have even used them for unit studies. See below.BTW - even advanced learners can use these little books for narration, defining terms, drawing diagrams or just simple fun.
