Mini-books About Science

Science, from the Latin word meaning knowledge, is a very large topic.

We practice and use science when we observe, identify, describe, investigate and theorize God's glory in action. There are so many areas of science from weather to rocks, animals to chemicals - science is everywhere. Although it is impossible to know everything about science in our lifetime, we can expose learners to different fields of science with little snippets of learning opportunities. We have used our My Book Mini-books to introduce our children to many different science areas and then have let them choose what interests them for further study. This is very evident as some fields, such as health, have their own pages separate from this page even though they are science based. You'll find links for them below. We have separated them to prevent any one page from getting to lengthy and tedious to search.

Our My Book Mini-books on science focus on different topic areas and include both writing and drawing prompts. Select a My Book Mini-book Keepsake page and a My Book Mini-book Cover and you'll have a neat little piece to show family and friends or proof of learning, if required. These little books can be used in lapbooks, unit studies or for notebooking.
