The Virtue of DeterminationIn this lesson we will define Determination this way: Determination is choosing to do something and sticking with it until it is done. It is not always easy to finish things I start, but by choosing to finish them, I strengthen my willpower which will help me make good choices when I grow up. Here are the materials and resources needed for Our Virtue Lesson on Determination. To learn more about these resources visit Our Virtue Lessons main resource page or our How to Use Our Virtue Lessons resource page.

Bible Scripture PassagesBecause I go to the Father: and whatsoever you shall ask the Father in my name, that will I do: that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you shall ask me any thing in my name, that I will do. If you love me, keep my commandments. - John 14:13-15
Thus, all is for you, so that grace, abounding through many in thanksgiving, may abound to the glory of God. For this reason, we are not insufficient. But it is as though our outer man is corrupted, while our inner man is renewed from day to day.
- 2 Corinthians 4:15-16
- Galatians 6:9
