Born in 1195; Died in 1231
Feast Day - June 13
Patron Saint of: lost articles, missing persons, fisherman, shipwrecks, poor people, Portugal, harvests, and the elderly.
He had such strong faith that Pope Gregory IX canonized him in 1232 and called him “The Ark of the Covenant.”

This game was originally created to be similar to Twenty Questions, but can easily be adapted to play in a wordless charade style. Players need to figure out and guess a particular aspect of their faith using the categories of People, Ten Commandments, Sacraments, Church Articles, Parts of the Mass, and Prayer. Catholic Bingo Game Features St. Anthony
This game reinforces the basics of our faith using such calling categories as The Bible, Church Tour, Saints - including St. Anthony, Parts of the Mass, and Fruits of the Holy Spirit. It's a fun game and easy to play for all ages. Little reading is required. If bingo cards are laminated, a crayon can be used to mark the squares rather then chips or markers. Simply wipe clean after each game. Up to 15 players. |
