This versatile form can be used one of two ways. You can either write down assignments that need to be completed or you can write out learning tasks that have been completed daily or weekly. This log could be kept by the parent or the child. For those using a Distance Ed. program which requires weekly reporting, once filled out with completed tasks, these pages could be scanned and sent in to advisors or instructors.

Getting children to learn and develop the virtue of orderliness and the skills associated with it can be a real challenge for some families. Many times just by having a list of clear daily expectations can really help them get and keep things in order. The sheets below were made with different ages in mind. Some have sample chores and others are blank for your own specialized uses. More themes will appear over time. Use these in combination with the Incentive Progress Charts below to give children incentive to keep trying to learn orderliness.

Many people, children in particular, like seeing their accomplishments in a tangible way. These cute incentive or progress charts come in a array of different themes and can be used for a number of uses including but definitely not limited to: daily reading, completing assignments on time or with a good attitude, daily or weekly chores completed, scriptures read, prayer chart, caring for pets, a single chore completed, taking daily medicines or vitamins or just practicing good behaviour, to name just a few. We've tried to give you a few ideas for some of the theme sheets below.
